Sensual Beards – Terms & Conditions

By booking an appointment or purchasing products from Sensual Beards (www.sensualbeards.com), you agree to the following terms:
1. Appointments & Payments
- Booking Appointments must be scheduled online (via Square) or by phone. A credit card or deposit may be required to secure your slot.
-Payment Full payment is due at the time of service. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and digital payments (Square, PayPal).
-Pricing: Service prices are subject to change without notice. Current rates are listed on our website.
2. Cancellation
-Cancellations Require at least 24 hours’ notice to avoid a fee. Late cancellations or no-shows will incur a 50% charge of the service cost.
- Late Arrivals: Clients arriving >15 minutes late may forfeit their appointment or receive a shortened service.
3. Refunds & Service Guarantees
-Service: No refunds for completed services. If unsatisfied, notify us within 24 hours for a complimentary adjustment (excludes style changes).
- Products: Unopened, unused products may be returned within 14 days for store credit. Sale items are final.
- Allergies/Reactions: Clients are responsible for disclosing skin sensitivities. We are not liable for adverse reactions to products used during treatments.
4. Liability & Health
-Medical Conditions: Inform your specialist of allergies, skin conditions, or injuries before treatment.
-Right to Refuse Service We reserve the right to deny service for unsafe behavior, intoxication, or undisclosed health risks.
5. Intellectual Property
- Content: All website images, text, and branding are owned by Sensual Beards. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
- Reviews: By submitting reviews/photos, you grant us permission to use them for promotional purposes.
6. General
-Changes to T&C: Updates will be posted here. Continued use of our services implies acceptance.
